Ozone Facility Saturation Service for Commercial and Residential Buildings

We recently expanded
our Environmental Health & Safety and Industrial Hygiene services to include Restore, an ozone saturation service for commercial and residential buildings.

Ozone gas, in proper concentration, has been proven to kill the SARS coronavirus, and the structure of the new SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 is almost identical to that of the SARS coronavirus. Studies specifically related to ozone effectiveness on SARS-CoV-2 not yet complete. The National Ozone Association expects these emerging studies will show that Ozone will have an antipathogenic effect on SARS-CoV-2, as well.

It is important to note that commercial grade ozone generators should only be used by trained personnel, as the high concentration of ozone needed to kill viruses is dangerous to humans and animals while it remains at high levels in the air. Trained Resolution staff will work with customers to schedule an evacuation period for their buildings. At the scheduled time, once the facility is cleared of all personnel, our experts will begin the Restore process and fill the volume of the room with ozone (including HVAC ductwork). This process allows the ozone molecules to interact with airborne contaminants in your home and/or workspace, disabling or rendering inoperable viruses, bacteria, mold, odors, and allergens. Once the desired saturation level is achieved, Resolution staff will monitor the air volume, and confirm when ozone levels are safe for occupancy.

If you are interested in the Restore service, please contact Adam Butler at (256) 713-8993 or restore@resolutionhsv.com, with a request for service. Adam will discuss the process with you and coordinate services.
